into the tree
she waits
and into the tree
she goes

you never know
what folds
or unfolds

never see it coming
never saw it left

the sound of voices falling
the sound of the voices breath

angels in the stairway
angels burning down

wings alit
and calling

wings to be found

I open up the doorway
step into the street

magenta coats a calling
and for the coats I bleed


Do you guys get anything from this? I've been writing a lot lately about waiting, and trees, and angels, and sinster voices and colors. But they've been coming out fast and are rather unbecoming. The poem I posted earlier came from the same place, as well as the poem I wrote and gave unfinished to my cousin for her birthday (yeah, this is ALL I can write about, couldn't even squeeze out a funny poem for her), and a short story I started months ago. It is just like I have a vision in my head that I cannot express.

Dude, I finally wrote a poem separate from this. Yay.
I'll post it later after I edit it a bit.

Yup. I've read everything people post here (with the exception of super long novelly stuff). You guys take the time to write and post it. The least I can do is read it. Which isn't a problem, as we've yet to have a sucky writer around here.
