Thanks for changing the subject guys yay.
Hey Melissa, have you seen the movie Trick or Treat? I've never heard of it and my family is watching it right now.. I'm not sure if it's worth going in there and watching it.

I've only really seen the 1986 version, It is a pretty good movie! In fact, to think of it, the main guy in it makes me think of Dean (He's on the forum somewhere...) I'd definitely recommend it!
I hear the 2008 version is a different story completely but still very good... I should check that one out sometime...

Re: Mormons
Ah, that must be the 2008 version, the 80's version is about a devil-worshipping rock and roll star who dies and wants to come back to life but to do so requires possessing radio wave and automobiles and making a few human sacrifices....
*Looks on youtube to see if I can find a trailer*
Found it!

I love that movie.. No one I know has seen it. Melanie Lynskey is one of my favorite actresses, but she is very underrated... Seems like Kate Winslet got all of the fame for that movie. Damn-it.

Re: Mormons
Really? Is it that unknown? I had no clue... Of course it being from '94, it's possible it's just a forgotten movie...
I think the reason Winslet for all the fame is because she did do well in it and it was her first film credit... But I do agree!

Re: Mormons
Lynskey was just as good if not better.. She had no acting experience at all, and Winslet did. . . I also think because Winslet stayed a more American actress, and Lynskey stayed in New Zealand. I think the real life case is really interesting also. Especially since the one is a famous writer and it's like really you get to be rich and you're a murderer?

Dude chill. It's just a discussion. Sometimes they get more heated but nobody is against you or dislikes you. Don't take the internet so seriouslyCourtnut wrote:
Well of course everyone is going to go against me duh.
This forum is starting to feel like a third wheel, like everyone here is best friends and I am just an outsider. Maybe I should leave haha
Oopsies, another reason for people here to dislike me
Wow! This is HILARIOUS! Have you not stumbled into his counter sexy celeb post in the cesspool?
Well to be fair I would make an awesome lesbian. Dibs on the next rebirth
No I was actually trying to be helpful since you actually do seem to misunderstand what I am talking about. Which is not uncommon on the internet since non verbal communication can be misleading hence the need to be more careful when you readBut Rex, you telling me how my reading comprehension sucks is just plain rude
It's not so much about knowing as how much you are willing to learn. And I realize how little I know, not very many people know everything about religion. I shouldn't be attacked for that.
That's a bad attitude to have in life. You don't seem stupid. Just like someone who doesn't challenge themselves much. We have all been there. That's why I am trying to show how much is there to learn. Not merely academical knowledge which often doesn't mean that much but learning how to think. How to see the wisdom behind what may look like a usless crap on first sight. And I have always thought everything I have ever said is wrong. And I've always thought of myself as stupid. I just love having it confirmed to everybody here though.
So cheer up

Re: Mormons
Well, I think a lot of it is because you kind of write things a little more complicated then they need to be. And I just kind of skim though lines without really taking all of them in. And some people don't comprehend things as perfectly as others. There is a reason I dropped out of school.. I am not the smartest in the world. So sometimes I should just be quiet and I understand that.

Re: Mormons
Nope. You should never be quiet. Even if you are wrong you should always stand up for what you believe in. You can only learn from your mistakes. And you really should stop thinking of yourself as dumb. This is basically sabotaging yourself

How am I sabotaging myself? I thought I was doing that already by saying things that were dumb.

Sadly Mormons are lost souls. One of the victims of those who pervert G*d's message
