Especially the ones that are celebrated...

It gets so dead here...

And I get bored when I'm planless....

Well. I have been busy all day.

My 4th of July is going good. I'll be on here on and off though.

Just go get food with some friends and watch the pretty explosions.
Or come down to my grandpa's house. We have the entire family here (minus my brother ), so it's a full house. Like 50 people. You'll blend right in. xD

Dudeeeee, you haven't lived. If you're ever in NY(might have to be upstate, not sure), you must go to an Italian restaurant and order chicken riggies. Then when you're done, head to the nearest bakery and get a half moon.

Chicken riggies is a pasta dish- rigatoni noodles with a super creamy tomato sauce and bell peppers, hot peppers, onions, and of course chicken. Some people throw in olives and mushrooms too (I leave them out of my recipe).


A half moon is a big soft cookie, usually chocolate- half frosted in vanilla frosting and half with chocolate frosting.

We have those cookies in NC, but we call them black tie cookies here. They're so good!

Really? This is an actual recipe? My mom has been doing this combination for ages due to my love of spicy food and chicken. Hmm who knew
