The Descent

The Descent was amazing.  Go see it.

There's a girl whose husband and daughter died, so she's gone kinda crazy.  Her friends think discovering an undiscovered cave would be good for her, so they go hiking in the Appalachian Mountains (pretty scary to me, as I live here).  When they get in the cave, the entrance collapses, and they can't get back out.  While they look for an alternate opening, scary stuff happens.  There are creepy mutant people.

The gore is pretty severe.  There were several times I had to cover my eyes, and my brother just laughed at me.

Oh, and they say shite, not shit.  They're British or Irish or something.  That got a good laugh.

The ending is one of the best I've ever seen.  If you're anything like me, you'll laugh devilishly.

So yeah.  Go find it online or something.  It's awesome.

I feel I should also add there are several jumpy moments. You know what I'm talking about. Towards the beginning, it's just like birds flying suddenly, but the surprising moments that make your heart jump get increasingly violent as the movie goes on. Hehehe.

And I had to watch game shows for a solid hour after watching. True story. That scary.

You know I tried watching this movie. I got like halfway through and I think I got bored of it and found myself on the computer instead of watching.

Yeah, the first part is pretty boring, but it gets good, I promise. Just make sure you watch the original ending, not the stupid Americanized one.
