My Reading List Just Gets Longer...
Where the hell do I begin? Recently got my hands on a few of the 24 Declassified books. Which is a book series based on the 24 tv series. Then I have just about all of Stephen King to get through. Which he isn't exactly known for short reads.
Then I feel compelled to go through the Legend of Drizzt series. Which is comprised of several trilogies and other groups of books. On the bright side, I am halfway through Exile.
Then I got to finally tackle Lord of the Rings/Hobbit.
Oh almost forgot I need to read the War of The Spider Queen. Which sounds interesting. Its a 6 book series written by different authors. Should be an interesting read. Of course reading about the Drow and Menzoberanzon is always fascinating. Also a good reminder that we men need to keep the women in the kitchen.
Then I still have plenty of Goosebumps and other works by R.L. Stine. Which will be nice.
Then of course I got the Resident Evil novels to take on and of course the Halo novels....
Then I got 2 books by Jodi Picoult I still haven't read. Perfect Match and Salem Falls. Which is sweet.
Then of course Flank Hawk. Hmm Almost had the ebook for almost a year and haven't read much past the first couple pages. Was written by a member at the writingforums.org which is rather cool.
Then...
EDIT/UPDATE:
I forgot I had the complete Dune series to read. I remember in my Science Fiction class we read Dune but... uh I sorta skimmed parts of it. Funny how if I get assigned to read, chances are I wont want to read! But I thought if I ever got a chance I would reread that and other books in the series.
I dunno. *shrugs*
But the list just keeps growing and growing. Then of course there is a book I really need to buy of Amazon called Crusader. I read it in 8th Grade and loved the story. If you ever get a chance to read Crusader by Edward Bloor, I highly recommend it.

Hey don't forget the Wheel of Time series that I have been nagging at you to read for like years It's much better then LOTR. It's kinda like LOTR on steroids and if all the hairy midgets were replaced with hot women. Also it's one of the few books that actually addresses narratium

Re: My Reading List Just Gets Longer...
Well, I will not be trading my reading list with you All I've got to read is Bran Hambric: The Farfield Curse sometime before Sunday when I journey across the city to the only Borders within like 100 miles to get Bran Hambric: The Specter Key... And I've been wanting to reread Harry Potter... And the Sherlock Holmes books...
Oh, and I'm also reading scripts for some movies like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings and I'm currently failing at looking for the script for 'How to Train Your Dragon' which I can definitely use it's beginning and ending as reference... Screw IMSDb for not having what I need when I need it!

Yeah I know. Ew I don't like audiobooks. I prefer to read the stories myself. Though mostly I don't like audiobooks is because I often get distracted and will find myself doing something else and sometimes I will completely ignore it as I slowly tune it out. lol Happens alot when I am watching movies/shows on the computer.
But yes. I know I still have the Wheel of Time series to get to. The list just grows and grows.
Hmm well Melissa, I wouldn't want to trade my reading list anyways. Majority of the list I know I will thoroughly enjoy.
Oh! I almost forgot a book series in my list. How could I forget about Dune?
Re: My Reading List Just Gets Longer...
Oh crap. Did I give you a link for audio books? me and my random googling. I hate audibooks as well. Here is the real deal. http://thepiratebay.org/torrent/5188841/Robert_Jordan_-_Wheel_of_Time
And don't worry you will quickly get through WOT. The series so far is barely more then ten thousand pages

Thanks for the link. Somehow 10k pages doesn't seem to short...
Re: My Reading List Just Gets Longer...
I hear that. Working at the bookstore has been bad for my book buying habit. My list is about 10 miles long at the moment.

Re: My Reading List Just Gets Longer...
I hear ya, but mine isn't nearly as long. I have 2 books I was supposed to have finished over a month ago. And I still haven't finished 'Salem's Lot... Then I want to read Under the Dome. Because I'm never in a reading mood, this could take a looooong time.
Re: My Reading List Just Gets Longer...
Almost forgot about Under the Dome. Another long novel to add to my list.
Oh just got my hands on a bunch of Doctor Who novels. Should be fun reads.
