Randy Blythe is the vocalist for Lamb of God. He was arrested in Prague last month. A fan was injured during a show back in 2010 and later died and Randy is being accused of manslaughter. From what I've gathered from all the articles it's complete horseshit. He or the rest of the band weren't even notified of anyone dying until now; he doesn't even remember the specific show or the person. It was two years ago and they have no evidence against him, other than he said she said bullshit.

He has already paid $200,000 in bail (his annual salary), which was rejected. Apparently things work much differently in the Czech Republic. Bail was then raised to $400,000. He paid it and it was rejected again. This shit has been going on for a month and it's getting absolutely no coverage here. If this was somebody popular like the Biebs, all hell would break loose. They'd have to release him. But no. Just a metal musician. Sign the petition so somebody will notice and help.

The whole situation just sucks. Of course it has to be the guy from a band I most want to see. They had to cancel their upcoming tour with Gojira...Another I'd like to see. I would be very pissed if they had any dates scheduled in the area. I feel bad for the dude, I don't believe he did anything wrong. He's facing 5-10 years in prison for an accident that he may not have had any part of.

Wow. I'm surprised I didn't know about this. I love Lamb of God. How sad.

They finally released him on bail last week but he still has to prove his innocence in court. Given that it's been two years and there's no physical evidence, he shouldn't have a problem. But who knows?

This is beyond bizzare. I wonder if the victim was a relative of someone with connections. Can't imagine why else they would harass him
