I need your help

They were having a special American Week sale in my supermarket and for the first time in my life I got my hands on those mythical marshmallows. I have been watching people eat them in movies for ages so I thought I would try them. But there are no instructions on how to prepare them. And since there is a lot of snow outside building fire and doing it like in the movies is not currently possible

So can anyone tell me how marshmallows work?

You can roast them inside, on a fork over a stove. Or do you have a microwave? Build a s'more; marshmellow and chocolate in between a couple of grahm crackers and stick it in the microwave for a few seconds until the marshmellow starts to grow. Or Google how to make a rice crispy treat. Or you can melt a couple on a peice of bread with peanut butter for a fluffernutter sandwhich (we also have something called marshmellow fluff over here that comes in a jar for that, but you'll get pretty much the same thing by melting the marshmellows and stirring them.) They're also good in hot chocolate.

Butter help kerp them from sticking to everything after they're melted.

I use the mini marshmellows for pistachio fluff. I don't care for marshmellows all that much and honestly, I don't like smores.

Honestly, I prefer just to eat them straight from the bag...
But s'mores are good too.

Personally I love marshmellows, at least until I have had more then a few and then I don't like them all that much.

They are such weird food.... things. Can they even be considered food?

Yup. Nobody really eats them in my country. This was the first time I had even seen marshmallows since I forgot to look for them when I was in the USA
