But no I am sure there are plenty of guys in their teens/college who don't masturbate. Though for every 1 of them, there is another 100 guys who do.

That depends on your definition of masturbating. If you mean guys who masturbate like only once a week then yeah they are rare but they exist. They are even some who do it only once a month although usually they have some sexual problems or are so crushed from work they can't even do it
