Pray please

Hey everyone, my cousin Alexia is pregnant. Her and her husband both have this recessive gene and they just found out that it was passed to their expecting daughter McKayla Nichole. She has Neuro Muscular Disorder, which means her brain is not sending signals to her neck and her right leg and right now she cannot move them. McKayla will need surgery after she is born (she's due in April). The best case scenario is that she will walk with a walker. The worst case scenario is that she will be confined to a wheel-chair. McKayla is Alexia's first child and it is tough news to get at any time, especially with your first kid. So if you could pray for her that would be greatly appreciated.

Me too. Currently I have ashes on my forehead. What are your plans for lent?
• And, I am only reading necessary things or Christian materials
• And, I will try to make myself go to bed at 10 every night so I can get up at 7 for morning Mass. (I usually do this, but sometimes at 7, I weaken and stay in bed. If I go to bed at 10, it is easy to get up at 7)
• Oh, also, my 40 days for Life time is at 8 on Tuesday. (I guess I will have to miss morning Mass that day. Still, God will totally understand.

That sucks. I hope they get sterilized to avoid this happening again or engineer their second child

On the bright side this is the best time to be born with such problems. Science is advancing at an incredibly rate and she may very well be cured. So here is hoping for his
