Re: Super Bowl XLV
I refuse to watch this strange sport until they change the sily protective gear with gladiator armor and the strange egg ball thing they use with a live leopard that they have to wrestle to the ground with their bare hands and carry to the other side of the field
And in the second half of the game all players get a machete(which they can only use on other players) while the leopard is replaced with a baby lion and the cheerleaders are replaced with the baby lions mom,dad and the rest of the pride
Winner is the team that has most surviving members. You get the double the score if you manage to keep the baby lion

Re: Super Bowl XLV
I am a Steelers fan, and they are from our division (I'm a hard core Lions fan), but then I am also rooting for Green Bay. Just because I would like to see Aaron Rodgers get his first Superbowl ring, and get rid of the Bret monkey off of his back. So it's really hard for me to pick one this year.

Green Bay. I hate the Steelers.
I'm still waiting for the day when I get to cheer for my actual team in the Super Bowl but have come to accept that as a Lions fan that may never happen.

I agree Mia with the Lions! lol. Even though we may never get there, I will always love my Lions.

You gotta love them! I am standing by the fact that they were 7-9 this year not 6-10! Which is pretty darn amazing for them.

Re: Super Bowl XLV
Since none of my favorite teams are playing, I am for the Steelers, since I know some people in PA, and PA is beautiful.
Re: Super Bowl XLV
The Lions did do pretty well this year, I was surprised. They would have done even better if Stafford didn't screw up his shoulder. My Dolphins went 7-9 as well, I believe.
I prefer Green Bay for the Super Bowl. Don't really care that much, I'm just glad the Jets didn't make it in.

When I saw Slash, I was like, "Is Guns N Roses gonna kick them off the stage?" Apparently not. Stupid Fergie had to do the singing.
I was literally crying, not only because Sweet Child of Mine always reminds me of my dad, but because they just butchered it.

Re: Super Bowl XLV
My friend texted this to me Sunday night "MURDER went down today, one worse than any other, the culprits: The black eyed peas the victim: Sweet Child O' Mine by Guns N' Roses RIP"
