Can we talk about the M-word for a minute?

That's masturbation, if you need me to be blunt.

So uh... Call me a prude or whatever, but I've never pleasured myself. It's not that I think it's wrong or that I'm uncomfortable with my body or anything. I just never wanted to.

Anyway, recently, I thought I'd give it a try, and well, nothing. It's not like it felt bad or anything, but it wasn't anything good. It didn't even seem sexual. It was just weird.

You know how you can't tickle yourself? If you try, you won't laugh because you're expecting it. Is it possible that I can't masturbate? That maybe I'm incapable of controlling my own satisfaction? Maybe I just have no clue what I'm doing...  

I know this is kind of an awkward topic, but can anyone relate to this?

Well the thing about masturbation is that just like sex it's not just physical. It's also mental. In fact if you try you can actually achieve orgasm just by thinking about it really hard with no physical input whatsoever

Anyway my suggestion is if it didn't work at first try again. Try something different. Try reading erotic fiction(for some girls this works better then porn). Try it in different position. Lying on your bed, standing up, in the shower , in the bathtubs. For example for me lying down works a lot better then sitting or standing. Try to start the physical stimulation only after you have already been aroused

Then explore your body more in combination with whatever sexy thing you are thinking about and so on.
