Re: Horror Movies anyone?
I highly recommend The Innocents! It's a classic, and one of my all time favorite movies! You can see a trailer and a summary in my ultimate movie thread, if you wish...
I'll add a few more in here in a bit...

Re: Horror Movies anyone?
The last movie I saw that actually kind of scared me (probably wouldn't have if I wasn't home alone sitting in the dark) was 30 Days Of Night. It's hard for me to find a good scary movie. Straight up gore doesn't bother me, otherwise I'd add Wrong Turn and Wrong Turn 2 to the list(However, if deformed cannibals scare you, I highly recommend them)- I actually laughed at the Kimberly Caldwell scene in the second one. I like the Saw movies too, but still, not really scary- just kind of makes me cringe.
Omg dumbest movie ever.

Re: Horror Movies anyone?
Copy and paste for the win
Here is a good horror movie. Well it's so much pure horror but it's an excellent movie
Let The Right One In
It is the best vampire movie of all times. Unlike most vampire movies the focus in this one is more on the character development rather then senseless violence or sex. It deals with the friendship between a human boy and a vampire girl. How they bond both on the simple level that is the friendship between children and due to the darkness that lurks inside both of them. And once the community realizes that there is something out there in the darkness they are both faced with a choice
Anyway the movie is brilliant. The plot is great, the actors are superb and the visuals are simply stunning. The directors really managed to capture the beauty of the Scandinavian landscape
This is a must see film(especially before the crappy american remake is ready ) and I highly recommend it. Here is the trailer
and here is the movie itself

Re: Horror Movies anyone?
Cabin Fever.
The movie is about a group of college friends who go to a secluded Cabin while on some vacation. While there they contract a disease that slowly kills them. While the movie is mostly serious, there are some really funny and really odd scenes in the mix. The movie has some gore... well quite a bit of it but its not a gore porn type of movie.
This is one movie that really disturbed me. Watching some of the scenes were just unbearable to watch... but I couldn't look away. It also has a great performance by Rider Strong(who played Sean in Boy Meets World) Well I loved his performance anyways.
There was a sequel made, but I hear that one tanked. But then, most sequels do horrible compared to the first.
Heres a Trailer!

I love Cabin Fever, though I haven't watched it in forever.
The ending was kind of weird though. Weird in an awesome way!
There was a sequel? I didn't know that!

1408. Just watch the movie. Don't read the short story (I think it was in Skeleton Crew, or maybe Everything's Eventual). The short story sucks balls. Not scary at all.
But the movie was so great.
It's been awhile since I've seen it, but it's about a writer who wants to stay in a "haunted" hotel room to write his latest horror book. The events that occur scare even him.
And I love the ending. It's kind of confusing, but I thought I was great. It's not just he either dies or is rescued. It's more complicated. Aw, just watch it and you'll see.

Silence of the Lambs is one of the greatest movies of all time.
There's a crossdressor dude who makes his female "clothes" out of women's skin. The cop lady who's trying to find him seeks help from Hannibal Ector, a murderer who is in jail.
Favorite line ever: "It puts the lotion in the basket." Bahahaha!! xD
